Delivery of groupage cargo

Send a request for transportation through the form on the website or by calling +375(29)647-73-55. We will process the request and contact you to inform you about the cost of transportation or clarify the details.

If you are satisfied with the cost and delivery time, we prepare documents for transportation. Fill out the order form using the link. We will print it out, stamp it and send you a scan along with the transportation contract. After this, we will create a personal account for you where you can track delivery.

Insurance is required if the result of dividing the cost of the cargo by weight exceeds $11.5 (if less or equal, CMR insurance will cover everything). The cost of insurance will be 0.07-0.1% of the value of the cargo. If the cargo is dangerous or valuable, insurance is more expensive, but compensation for losses is also higher.

1-3 days after placing the order, we pick up the cargo from the sender. We can pick up on the same day if the cargo is ready and there is a free car in the region. We will inform you of the number of the vehicle on which the cargo will travel. We transport the cargo to our terminal in Vilnius (CARGOKODAS).

After arriving at the terminal in Vilnius, we check the accompanying documents and the compliance of the cargo with them. If documents are missing or a discrepancy is found, you must quickly request new or missing documents from the sender. If the process drags on, the cargo will miss the next flight to Belarus and will have to wait for the next one at the terminal (5-7 days). Storage is paid. When the documents are in order, we submit them to customs and go to Belarus.

We inform you about the arrival of the cargo at the VET in Minsk. We ask you for a letter for unloading and send an invoice for payment with a breakdown of the cost of delivery before and after the border. The invoice must be paid within 5 days. You will need a breakdown of the invoice for customs clearance of the cargo, because the customs value of the cargo only includes the cost of delivery to the border.
